Taking into consideration that the Bhujali, which is said to have been used in committing the murder of the deceased of the present case, is said to have been recovered from the house of the petitioner on the basis of his confessional statement, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 131 of 2015, arising out of Thawe P.S. Case No. 120/2012, pending in the court of the learned 3rd Addl. Sessions Judge, Gopalganj, stands rejected. However, the trial court should expedite the trial of the petitioner and try to conclude the same as early as possible.
