The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.
Allegation is that one country made pistol is recovered.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 07.11.2018 and has got no criminal antecedent. Charge sheet has been submitted in the case. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. One country made pistol is said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 of Cr.P.C. It is further submitted that the petitioner may be released on bail
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9477 of 2019(4) dt.12-04-2019 2/2 after completion of six months in custody from 07.11.2018. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail, after completion of six months in custody from 07.11.2018, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Arwal in connection with Parasi P.S. case No.63 of 2018.
