2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 ,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7807 of 2025(2) dt.04-03-2025 2/3 324, 325 , 307, 504 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code . 3 . As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the accused persons including these petitioners came at the door of informant and started abusing him and upon protest , all the accused persons assaulted informant and his family members.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that both petitioner and informant are close agnate and due to dispute over drainage a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place between them in which both sides sustained injury . Case and counter case . Allegation of assault is general and omnibus these petitioners and no specific overt act is alleged against them. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate V Gopalganj in connection
