Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 447, 341, 323, 325, 354(B), 379, 384, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that his petitioner assaulted the informant with fists and slaps and also assaulted the informant's father by pressing his neck with the intention to kill him. It is submitted that due to land dispute, a simple occurrence of maarpeet took place in which both sides sustained injury. Injury caused by this petitioner is simple in nature. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.

No.8723 of 2023(2) dt.12-05-2023 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Learned I/c C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Kabaiya) P.S. case no 669 of 2022, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
