The petitioner is on provisional bail granted by order dated 04.03.2020 with condition that the parties would go for mediation. Mediation could not be held as physical functioning of the court or mediation was not possible due to Covid effect.

In the circumstance, it would not be in the interest of justice to keep this matter pending for long. The parties have agreed that they would cooperate in mediation proceeding. Hence, provisional bail granted to the petitioner by order dated 04.03.2020 is, hereby, affirmed and the petition
