2. The present revision petition has been filed against the impugned order dated 10.07.2020 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge-I-cum-Special Judge, POCSO Act, Aurangabad in G.R. Case No. 23 of 2019 arising out of Mahila P.S. Case No. 04 of 2019, whereby O.P. No. 2/Manish Pandey has been acquitted.

3. When learned counsel for the petitioner was confronted with legal provision as provided under Section 401(4) Cr.PC, he sought permission to convert the present revision petition into Criminal Appeal.

4. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner for converting

5. With the aforesaid observation, the present petition is disposed of accordingly and petitioner is directed to take legal steps required for conversion of the present petition into Criminal Appeal and on step having been taken, the office is directed to do the needful to convert the present petition into Criminal Appeal and list the matter before the appropriate Bench with permission of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.
