ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 21-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner has filed this writ application directing the respondent no. 2 to delete/remove the video clip showing the photo of the petitioner taken at the time of his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 243 of 2018 which has been uploaded on You-Tube media by respondent no. 2. Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to the said video clip the trouble is going on in marriage of his daughter as well as by virtue of running of this video clip his social prestige is lowering down.

Counsel for the State submits that petitioner is named accused of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 243 of 2018 lodged under Sections 417, 418, 419, 420, 489A and 120B of the Indian Penal

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.248 of 2023(2) dt.21-03-2023 2/2 Code. Counsel submits that as per the allegation made in the first information report the petitioner was subjected to propagate the flow of fake currency notes and he has been made accused along with a group of persons, total five in number. Counsel submits that the investigation is not concluded till date. In the present facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to interfere in this matter till completion of investigation.

A direction is hereby given to the Superintendent of Police, Patna, to conclude the investigation at the earliest. In this view of the matter, the present application is hereby rejected.
