Recovery from the petitioner is of a loaded country made pistol along with one cartridge. Other articles recovered are of no consequence.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that co-accused, Rakesh Kumar Mishra, has been admitted to bail from whom two cartridges were recovered.

The submission is also that the petitioner bears a clean antecedent.

Considering the recovery of a full-fledged country made pistol from the possession of the petitioner, his prayer for bail is dismissed for the present. If the trial of the petitioner (Dipak Kumar @ Dipak Pattel) is not concluded within a period of one

Case No.483 of 2014 pending in the Court of Nirja Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Sitamarhi.
