2. The present writ petition is preferred for : (i) The Order dated 13.07.15 passed in B.LT Case No. 757 of 2014 by the learned Chairman B.LT Patna be quashed/set-aside and the order dated 06.09.07 passed by D.C.L.R. Sadar at

Patna High Court CWJC No.15573 of 2016(2) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 Chhapra in L.C. Case No. 03 of 2007-08 as well as order dated 18.03.09 passed in L.C.

Appeal No. 22/2007 and order dated 18.06.2003 passed in L.C. Revision Case No.

78 of 2012 by the Divisional Commissioner Saran be upheld. (ii) That Respondent No. 5 be directed to comply the order dated 06.09.07 passed by D.C.L.R. Sadar Chhapra in L.C. Case no. 03 of 2007-08 Pankaj Kumar Singh & others Petitioners V/S Prem Shila Pandey & others.... Opposite Parties.

(iii) Any other Relief or Reliefs be granted to the petitioners for which they may be deemed entitled to.
