====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 20-02-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner kidnapped daughter of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the victim in her 164 Cr.P.C. statement has not supported the factum of kidnapping. She has stated that she was in love with the petitioner and she left the house out of her own sweet will. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of

No.7354 of 2025(2) dt.20-02-2025 2/2 arrest/surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in Hajipur Town Police Station Case No. 386 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
