2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Karja P.S. Case No. 249 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 448, 341, 323, 324, 326, 307, 302, 354, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, one Pacho Devi is the assailant of the deceased.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case.

5. The petitioner is a young unmarried girl aged about 19 years and is in jail since 23.07.2023.

6. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9675 of 2024(2) dt.20-02-2024 2/2 prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

7. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class (West), Muzaffarpur/concerned Court in connection with Karja P.S.
