This writ application has been filed seeking a direction to the official respondents to handover the possession of the disputed land bearing plot no. 580 and 581 measuring an area of 2 Kathas over which the petitioner's husband Late Lala Singh and Babu Saheb Singh are said to have constructed residential house and in which their family members were residing.

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.2852 of 2017(2) dt.02-12-2022 2/2 A perusal of the writ application shows that the petitioner has certain dispute with Respondent no. 8 and she claims to have been ousted by the respondent no. 8 from the said house.

In the nature of dispute present in the writ application, the reliefs prayed in the writ application can not be granted. This application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to seek her remedy in appropriate jurisdiction before the competent court.
