The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Section 304 (B) and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is the brother-in-law of the deceased. The informant made allegation that the husband of the deceased strangulated her to death.

It is submitted that similarly situated co-accused, mother-in-law and sister-in-law have already been enlarged on bail by order dated 24.10.2013 passed in Cr. Misc. No.34155 of 2013.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the
