That this petition is being filed for issuance of a writ of appropriate nature, order or direction commanding respondents not to pay/disburse the entire amount of fixed deposit amount as well as amount kept in S/B account of Late Sitaram Sharma to Raj Kishore Sharma. The petitioner prays for

Patna High Court CWJC No.17364 of 2016(3) dt.13-04-2023 2/2 commanding respondents banks to pay all the amount deposited in bank accounts of late Sitaram Sharma to all his survivors/ successors in equal share of 1/6 after the death of late Sitaram Sharma who died on 07.08.2016, leaving behind his widow (Siyamani Devi) and five sons namely 1. Umanath Sharma (now survived through Amarnath Kumar & Deepak Kumar) 2.

Sachichidanand Sharma 3. Narendra Singh (now survived through Adiya Raj) 4.

Rajkishore Sharma & 5. Nandkishore Sharma."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
