Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

The petitioners are aggrieved by the order dated 10.12.2018, whereby and whereunder benefits of Assured Career Progression (A.C.P.), granted to them by the Regional Deputy Director of Education, Patna Division, Patna vide Memo no. 1526 dated 31.12.2014, has been stayed.

Learned counsel for the State submits that by impugned order, final decision has not been taken by the respondent- authorities for withdrawing the benefits of Assured Career Progression (ACP), given to the petitioners but the same is pending for final decision.

In view of the aforesaid, let a final decision be taken by the respondent- authorities, within a period of three months from today, regarding entitlement of the petitioners for grant of A.C.P. benefits, which has been stayed by the impugned order.

With the aforesaid observations and directions, this writ application is disposed.
