JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 05-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner and the informant are full brothers and a dispute took place between them on account of a petty issue. Moreover, there is case and counter case between the parties and the informant sustained one simple injury.

Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Gamhariya P.S. Case No. 155 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura.
