For the Petitioner/s : None.

For the Respondent/s : Mr. Narendra Kumar, AC to GP-20 ========================================= CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-03-2017 The petitioner claims to be an Assistant Professor in the subject of History in Deoraha Baba Sridhar Das Degree College, Rampur Kanda, Garkha, District - Saran, which College is said to be affiliated with the Jai Prakash University, Saran. He has sought a

Patna High Court CWJC No.13370 of 2016 dt.30-03-2017 direction from this Court to make an inquiry into illegal admissions in non-recognized subjects in the said College and to take action against respondent nos. 7, 8 and 9, so that illegal admissions are not allowed. He has made grievance against Principal-in-Charge of the said College in taking admission.

2. From the nature of allegations which have been made in the writ application, it appears that there is some internal dispute in the functioning of the College which is privately managed by the governing body which the petitioner is trying to raise, immediately through present proceeding. The writ application, in my view, cannot be maintained since the relief has been sought against private body.

3. I am also of the view that the application is not bona fide and its filing is misuse of the process of the Court.
