JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-08-2019 The only prayer of the petitioner in the present case is to revise the pension of the petitioner in terms of the 6th Pay recommendation, effective from 01.01.2006 but actual payment whereof has to be paid with effect from 01.04.2007. Considering the limited grievance of the petitioner, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no. 2 by filing appropriate representation within a period of four weeks from today, who shall take appropriate steps for payment of the revised pension
Patna High Court CWJC No.16050 of 2017(3) dt.14-08-2019 2/2 on the basis of the 6th Pay recommendation within a period of eight weeks thereafter.
The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
