This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner for setting aside the first information report of Barauli P.S. Case No. 11 of 2019 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

After arguing at length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to challenge any order which may be passed by the Magistrate concerned after the police report under Section 173

Patna High Court Cr. WJC No.404 of 2019(2) dt.22-02-2019 2/2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is submitted in the court. Leave is granted.
