The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is stated to have been caught fleeing with the motorcycle of the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. The allegations against him are false and concocted. Referring to the report of the medical board brought on record as Annexure-2 to the petition, it is submitted that the petitioner is 65% handicapped. He is in custody since 24.11.2020 and has no

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the petitioner having remained in custody for about 11 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Madhaura P.S. Case no.927 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra.
