Miscreants, duly armed raided shop of informant and succeeded in decamping with Rs.80,000/- and during course thereof, also shot at Chintu Kumar, an employee, accordingly FIR has been registered against unknown.

From the order impugned, it is evident that name of petitioner cropped up on an inculpatory confessional statement of co-accused Prabhat Kumar. Neither any kind of incriminating material has been recovered nor has petitioner been put on T.I. Parade.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48437 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 Accordingly, petitioner Sanjiv Kumar @ Sanjeev Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Barahiya P.S.
