1. Heard learned counsel for the parties concerned.

2. The petitioners are aggrieved by the order, dated 31.12.2014, whereby benefits of Assured Career Progression (ACP) granted to them by the Regional Deputy Director, Patna, bearing Memo No. 1526 has been stayed.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that by impugned letter final decision has not been taken by the respondent authorities for withdrawing the benefits of Assured Career Progression (ACP) given to the petitioners, but the same has been stayed, which is pending for final decision upon the letter, dated 31.12.2014.

4. In view of the aforesaid, let a final decision be taken regarding the entitlement of the petitioners for grant of Assured Career Progression (ACP), which has been stayed by the impugned letter.

5. With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed.
