Mr.Umesh Lal Verma ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 06-03-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Jandaha P.S. Case No. 288/2018, instituted for offence under Section(s) 420, 419, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that on 01.12.2018 at about 11:45 A.M. petitioner came to the branch of informant to join on the post of clerk on the basis of forged appointment letter.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner himself has been cheated by Harendra Patel and his wife Rashmi Kumari, who claimed to be employee of State

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13575 of 2019(2) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 Bank. They told petitioner to fill up form for the post of Peon and also took money from him. Brother of petitioner has lodged Bihar P.S. Case No. 597/2018 against both of them. Aforesaid appointment letter is annexed as Annexure-3, which was given to the petitioner by aforesaid Harendra Patel and his wife. Petitioner is in custody since 02.12.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate XIth, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 288/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner. (Sanjay Priya, J) rakhi/- U T
