Mr.Akbar Ali ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 25-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation is of committing theft of mobile phone and petitioner is not named in the FIR and it appears that he was arrested in connection with other case and mobile phone was recovered from him.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has falsely been implicated and he is in custody for more than five months and except one case he has not been made accused in other case.

Heard learned APP also.

In view of above facts and circumstances, let

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.8362 of 2020(2) dt.25-02-2020 2/2 petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Ganga Bridge P.S. Case No. 156 of 2019.
