2. Petitioners apprehend his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 126 ( 2), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 109, 351 ( 2 ) and 3 (5) of BNS.

3. As per F.I.R, informant alleged that on 11.08.2025 , these petitioners along with other co-accused persons abused and assaulted informant and others, as a result of which they sustained injuries. It is further alleged that

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that allegation of assault is general and omnibus against these petitioners. Injuries sustained by the injured are simple in nature . Rest of the allegations are ornamental in nature to make the case grave . Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State opposed the bail petition .

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, nature of injury , clean antecedent of the petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM Ist Samastipur in connection with Waini P.S. Case No. 66 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita , 2023 .
