State.

Petitioner has applied for bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code. He is said to have inflicted blow on the head of the informant with an iron rod. He is in jail custody for about nine months.

In the circumstances, taking into account the allegations set out in the counter case registered by the petitioner, he, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Madhubani in connection with Ladania P.S. Case No. 147 of 2013.
