JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 01-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. One country made rifle and five Kartus are said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner has been implicated in this case at the behest of local Choukidar with whom the petitioner carries enmity. It is further pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that prior to the institution of this case, the petitioner had not been made accused in any case but when he was arrested in the present case, the police made the petitioner accused in Main P.S. Case No. 13/2015.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.46142 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 of the case as well as submissions of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Alipur P.S.
