====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE and HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 11-12-2017 In the matter of granting license to run a P.D.S. shop, which was cancelled in the year 2001, learned Writ Court has refused to exercise jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution after 16 years, even though learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the petitioner only wanted certified copy of the order cancelling his P.D.S. license.

The licence was cancelled in the year 2001 and if the learned Writ Court has rejected the writ petition on the ground that after 16 years no mandamus can be issued for grant of certified copy of the cancellation of license, we see no error in the order

Patna High Court LPA No.1411 of 2017 (4) dt.11-12-2017 2/2 warranting reconsideration of the matter.
