The petitioner seeks bail in Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 63/2014 registered for the offence under Section 27b(ii), 28/28A Drugs and Cosmetic Act, 1940 and under Section 21/22 N.D.P.S. Act.

The informant raided the medical shop M/s Ansari Dawakhana, proprietor of which was Md. Amir Akhtar Ansari and the Sanchalak of the Dawakakhana was Vivek Ranjan. Jagdish Prasad Sinha has also been made accused.

It is submitted that the petitioner has nothing to do with the aforesaid shop. The petitioner is the son of Jagdish Prasad Sinha who was doing business of medicine. Jagdish Prasad Sinha

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45723 of 2015 (2) dt.01-10-2015 2/2 has already been enlarged on bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S., Begusarai in connection with Barauni Rail P.S. Case No. 63/2014.
