This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Madhuban P.S. Case No.466 of 2022 for the offence punishable under Sections 328, 302 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the mother-in-law of the deceased. She is alleged to have killed her son-in-law. The informant is the brother of the deceased.

From the impugned order, it appears that no injury has been found on the body of the deceased. 5.

Considering the aforesaid fact and also the fact that the petitioner is a woman, this application is allowed. 6.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest/surrender within six weeks from today in the Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7503 of 2026(3) dt.24-02-2026 2/2 below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari / concerned Court below, in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.466 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
