JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 27-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bettiah (T) P.S. Case No. 99 of 2020 registered under Sections 341, 323, 504 and 498A/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that both the parties have entered into compromised the present case. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the

No.18971 of 2021(2) dt.27-01-2022 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Bettiah (T) P.S. Case No. 99 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
