JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-02-2019 The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bihpur P.S. Case No. 391 of 2016, dated 12.11.2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 504, 506 and 308 of the Indian Penal Code.
