JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Daudpur P.S. Case No.91 of 2015, disclosing offences under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted by learned counsel, appearing on behalf of the petitioner, that he has named in the First Information Report on the basis of statement of a coaccused, namely, Niku Srivastava. He further contends that though he was arrested on 04.07.2015, so far he has not been put on Test Identification Parade.

In view of the submission, as above, and considering the period of detention of the petitioner, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.45997 of 2015 (2) dt.08-10-2015 2/2 application is allowed. The petitioner, abovenamed, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Chapra, Saran, in connection with Daudpur P.S. Case No.91 of 2015. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required, and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court, on two consecutive occasions, his bail bond shall be liable to be cancelled.
