2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) A writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/ order or direction for quashing Order, dated 06.08.2011, passed in Land Ceiling Case No.

17 of 2009-10, passed by the Land Reforms Deputy Collector, Madhaura, Saran, whereby and whereunder, the Land Ceiling Case No. 17 of 2009-10, filed by Bhrigu

Patna High Court CWJC No.14024 of 2016(2) dt.28-07-2025 2/3 Nath Sahni, for preemption under Section 16

(3) of the Bihar Land Ceiling Act, has been allowed and the writ petitioners were directed to execute Sale Deed within one month in favour of preemptor.

(ii) A writ in the nature of certiorari or any other appropriate writ/ order or direction for quashing the order dated 18.03.2016, passed in Land Ceiling (Preemption) Revision No. 155 of 2014, passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Saran Division, Chapra, whereby and whereunder, revision filed by Bhrigunath Sahni, has been allowed and order dated 02.04.2014, passed by the Additional Collector, Saran, Chapra, has been set aside.

(iii) A writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ/ order or direction for upholding and confirming the order dated 02.04.2014, passed in Land Ceiling Preemption Appeal No. 20 of 2011, passed by the Additional Collector, Saran, Chapra, whereby and whereunder the Appeal filed by the writ petitioners, has been allowed and order dated 06.08.2011, passed by the DCLR, Madhaura, in Land Ceiling Case No. 17 of 2009-10, has been set aside.

(iv) Any other appropriate

3. Mr. Ashok Kumar Mishra submits that now the petition has become infructuous and as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition.
