JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-02-2019 The petitioner by order dated 11.12.2018 was granted anticipatory bail on the condition of his surrendering before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of passing of the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that because of the petitioner suffering from Hepatitis B, he could not surrender before the court below within time. Hence, the present petition, seeking extension of time for surrendering before the court below.

The prayer made in the petition is allowed.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, when

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6880 of 2019(2) dt.20-02-2019 2/2 he shall be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Lakhisarai in connection with Halsi (Ramgarh Chowk) P. S. Case No. 131 of 2018, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. The order dated 11.12.2018 stands modified to the aforesaid extent.
