The petitioner is accused in connection with Keshariya P.S. Case No. 283 of 2012 registered under sections 304B and 201/34 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of C.J.M., East Champaran at Motihari.

Earlier prayer of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr. Misc. No. 35140 of 2013 on 21.03.2014 by this Court on merit taking into consideration the nature of allegation. The report, as received from the 6th A.D.J., Motihari, East Champaran through letter no. 12 dated 12.02.2015, shows that a petition filed on behalf of the accused persons under Section 227 Cr. P.C. was pending for disposal, in which the date was fixed for hearing on 06.02.2015 and the time for disposal of the case is

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, I find no fresh ground to re-consider the prayer of the petitioner for bail. Accordingly, the application stands rejected. However, the Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial within a period of six months. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period, the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after six months.
