JUSTICE JYOTI SARAN ORAL ORDER 19-05-2017 Heard Mr. Arjun Prasad Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Akhilesh Kumar Sinha, AC to SC-19, for the State.

The petitioner prays for grant of 2nd ACP and 3rd ACP which he complains, despite the attention of the District Magistrate having been drawn, remains pending for disposal. A copy of the representation claiming such relief addressed to the District Magistrate, East Champaran has been enclosed at Annexure 1, and it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that since it was not being disposed of that the present writ petition has been filed.

Patna High Court CWJC No.32 of 2017 (2) dt.19-05-2017 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the nature of grievance raised herein, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the District Magistrate, East Champaran to consider the grievance of the petitioner as reflected in his representation present at Annexure 1 and dispose of the same in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of with the directions aforementioned.
