The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 745 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration, the nature of injuries, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the above named petitioners.
