The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Avtarnagar P.S. Case No. 103 of 2020 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 of the POCSO Act.

Considering that the victim is 14 years of age and even as per medical report her age is more than 1617 years and also considering the statement of the victim, which specifically mentioned the name of the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant benefit of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.18541 of 2021(3) dt.12-01-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail to the above named petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
