2. The present writ petition has been preferred for : (i) For setting aside order dated 19.9.16 passed in BLT case no 718 of 2015 passed by Hon'ble Justice Smt. Mridula Mishra, Chairman The Bihar Land Tribunal Patna, whereby and
Patna High Court CWJC No.17812 of 2016(3) dt.04-08-2025 2/2 where under by reversing the order of Revisional court of commissioner Patna passed in Revision case no 548/12, has been allowed on apparently erroneous findings and facts. (ii). For any other relief reliefs for which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the facts and circumstances of the case.
3. It is informed by Mr. Dhirendra Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter relates to pre-emption and with the change of law, it has become infructuous.
