Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376(A)of the Indian Penal Code and 6 POCSO Act.

Considering the nature of allegation of commission of rape against a girl of four years as well as medical finding that hymen was found ruptured, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Pipra P.S.Case No.193 of 2018 pending in the court of learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, East Champaran, Motihari. Hence, prayer is refused.
