2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 353, 436, 427, of the Indian Penal Code and Section 151, 153, 174 of the Railways Act.
3. As per allegation, approximately 1000 unknown young persons, including this petitioner, were protesting against the Agniveer Scheme on 16.06.2022. It is further alleged that the accused persons disturbed the railway traffic, burnt tyres and damaged public property.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R and he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of co-

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonpur (Saran) in connection with Siwan GRP P. S. Case No. 107 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
