JUSTICE SUNIL KUMAR PANWAR ORAL ORDER 13-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite Court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 354, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assault. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that allegation against the petitioner who has assaulted the informant, Mani Kant Roy on palm and hand by means of tengari, which are not vital part. There is case and counter case and the parties are gotia.
