This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Rauta P.S. Case No.141 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 498-A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

In view of decision of the Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in the case of Anresh Kumar vs. The State of Bihar reported in (2014) 8 SCC 273, in my opinion, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable. 4.

The petitioner may approach the local police and join the investigation, who will abide by the directions of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10278 of 2025(2) dt.28-03-2025 2/2 the Hon'ble Supreme Court rendered in the case of Anresh Kumar vs. The State of Bihar (supra).
