The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and under Sections 25(1-B) (A), 26(2), 35 of the Arms Act.

The house of Suraj Kumar was searched and from there many articles were recovered. The petitioner and other accused persons were apprehended inside the house, but from possession of the petitioner only one Samsung mobile was recovered. No arms and ammunition, nor any incriminating articles was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of
