2. This is the third attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 357 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 25.05.2023 and 16.02.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 2465 of 2023 and 82401 of 2023 respectively.

4. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other co-accused surrounded the informant's son and the petitioner fired on the chest of the informant's son and the son

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 01.09.2022 and the petitioner is quite innocent.

6. Learned counsel for the informant submits that the trial is on the verge of completion as all the witnesses have been examined.

7. In view of the fact that the trial is on the verge of conclusion, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
