Mr.Atul Chandra ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 24-02-2020 Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.31/2019, registered under Section 30(a) Bihar Prohibition and Excise Amendment Act, 2018 There is recovery of 18 litres of liquor from the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is accused in 8 other cases out of which 4 cases are under Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner draws my attention towards FIR. There is no compliance of Section 100 of Cr.P.C. The Petitioner is in custody since 13.12.2019 Heard learned APP also.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, let petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.7298 of 2020(2) dt.24-02-2020 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 2nd Additional Session Judge-cum-Special Judge, Vaishali, in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No.31/2019, subject to the condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be a local person having sufficient immovable property within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and further condition that he has to appear in local police station for a period of six months, so that police may watch his conduct, otherwise his bail bonds shall be cancelled.
