JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 07-10-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 323, 325, 332, 333, 341, 342, 337, 338, 353, 379, 427, 435, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/5 of Prevention of Damaged to Public Property Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that the allegation against all the accused persons are general and omnibus and one of the co-accused Nandu Ram has been granted anticipatory bail by the order dated 14.09.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 37038 of 2015.

Let the petitioner, above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur (Tehta O.P.) P.S. Case No. 143 of 2015. This is subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the Court on two consecutive occasions, his bail bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
