====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE ORAL ORDER 10-02-2021 Petitioner prays for a direction to the learned trial court to expedite the trial in Title Suit No.224 of 2015, titled as Ram Ashish Koiry Vs. Bablu Pandey & Ors. and for early disposal of the suit.

After the matter was heard for some time, Shri Manish Kumar No.2, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner shall be content if only a direction is issued for expediting the trial and early disposal of the title suit filed way back in the year 2015.

Record reveals that the petitioner has fully cooperated

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.163 of 2020(3) dt.10-02-2021 3/3 during trial, but however, for some reason or the other, the title suit is being delayed.

As such, the proceeding in the suit is expedited with the direction to the court below, i.e. Sub-Judge-1, Bhabua (Kaimur), to positively decide Title Suit No.224 of 2015, Ram Ashish Koiry Vs.
