JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 13-10-2022 Though, the present writ petition was filed for quashing the notice dated 29.07.2019, issued by the Circle Officer, Sonbhadra Vanshi Suryapur, District-Arwal, directing the petitioner to show cause as to under what circumstances she is occupying the land in question but the learned counsel for the respondent State has filed a counter affidavit wherein it has been stated that since no encroachment case has been instituted, the respondents do not propose to take any further action in
Patna High Court CWJC No.5812 of 2021(3) dt.13-10-2022 2/2 pursuance to the aforesaid notice dated 29.07.2019. In such view of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievances of the petitioner has stood redressed, however, seeks a direction upon the Respondent Authorities that in case they propose to initiate any action, the same should be done lawfully. It is directed accordingly. The present writ petition stands disposed off as having become infructuous.
